Legacy Church’s parking lot was showing signs of surface wear, unsealed cracks, and faded traffic markings. Left untreated, water penetration through the open cracks threatened to cause deeper structural pavement damage and costly repairs.

Our Solution:

The 417 Striping team executed a comprehensive 3-step asphalt maintenance plan:

• Hot Rubber Crack Filling: High-grade rubberized sealant was injected into open pavement cracks to block water infiltration and prevent subbase erosion.

• Commercial Sealcoating: A heavy-duty asphalt sealcoat was applied across the entire lot to shield against UV radiation, oil spills, and seasonal weather elements.

• Precision Line Striping: High-durability, traffic-rated paint was used to restripe all parking stalls, directional arrows, and ADA-compliant accessible spaces.

The Result:

A fully protected, pitch-black asphalt surface with high-visibility markings that enhanced overall curb appeal, improved traffic safety, and extended the lifespan of the church’s pavement.
